Ka24de / sr20de Maybe

Everyone starting out base lin sr20 moters are way better than the ka24 but not if you know where to go in the long run you can order performance parts for both from nismo but the sr20 can have performance parts from tommy kira the overall result is sr20de with added part is 300 horses more powerfull untill you have a t3 turbo header made for the ka24 then your even you can ad t3 to sr motor but the redline is close that overall power is lost an sr motor half to have a rev limiter when running 600 hp the ka motor if out of a hardbody (stronger bottom end) modified with the de head cams intake exahust dinos 623 hp at the fly overall power loss at the rear wheels is substancial sr has 17% loss ka has 9% loss because of the longer stroke i have 2 nissan hardbody xe one with the a fully modified sr20 and one with fully modified ka24 i have ran both threw the quarter the sr has a better take off but for only a second end result is the ka beat the sr by these quarter numbers nissan hardbody xe Sr20 8.51 sec quarter ka24 7.94 both with 200 shot nos sr20 843hp Ka24 826hp sr20 723 pound feet of tourqe ka24 819 pound feet of torque th sr truck is lighter buy 100 pounds nos in every gear the ka truck is nossed in every gear same tires every thing is the same on both trucks diffrence is motors and my conclusion is at an expense so high i could buy a 550 marenelo and had all kinds of well you know this save yall from trying this the overall is the sr motor outragouse power great speed i love it but the ka motor is more reliable better on gas with great power they are equal you make you choice i know mine i got both lol
