Turkey Recipes

Ok this is the first time I have ever had to cook turkey in my life..
I know this is waaay off topic but what the hell

Normally I've been out to sea on the holidays and didn't have to worry about this stuff..

My wife is an Italian girl who has no idea how to cook turkey.

So we both want to start traditions for our family (esp when we have kids cuz we aint got none yet).

So those of you that have turkey recipes post them I'd like to see them and maybe try them..

Merry Xmas and happy New Year everyone from me Down Under

stuff it with some "stuffing" lol and then put the turkey FROZEN in a Brown paper sack and put it in a big pan to cook in the oven( dont worry the bag wont catch fire) and let it cook for a few hours checking it on how its going, and it makes for a very delightful NOT DRY bird.
Season it with whatever you like. Thats how ive always did it.

Re: Turkey Recipes

deep fry it, deep fry it, deep fry it, deep fry it. Man, that is the way to go. You can't fuck it up..well unless you leave it in to long. Thaw that bastage out, inject some seasoning, rub it with some good stuff, and fry it for a couple hours. You'll never turn back.
