Re: 305-454

Well if you looking at neck snapping torque then BB is the way to go... but there is some mods you have to do to the car to make it fit work etc....

If you you want torgue and a lower price than a BB and no modes to the car other than the fuel pump and stuff then I'd recommend a 383 stroker.. done right that bad boy can put out 502 ft of torque at 2800RPM and 480 hp at 3500 rpm...
As for the frame your always going to have to do something to it if your going to put torque into it.

Re: 305-454

well i was told that if you have a regular firebird you need suspension upgrades but if you have a trans am it already the suspension upgrades you need andi have a 383 stroker (i just cant talk my dad into giving it to me) heh but i have a 350 that is bored .30 over and i was thinking bout a 400 cam (stroke it out) and then have my H.O heads on there it would be pretty nice

Trans Am I'm not sure I still think you need the sub frame connectors for that not 100% sure but good thing to check out.

Get it bored .30 over and a 400 crank and have it turned down for the block theres your 383
