Unhappy Keyless entry reprogramming 98 Acura CL

Does anyone know how to reprogram a stock keyless entry transmitter for a 98 Acura CL? My transmitter died and I had to buy a new one, but I don't know how to reprogram it. Please Help!

This is for a Honda accord 98-02. I'm not sure if it will work for a Acura. But look on the net, and you'll find it. IF you start programming and you dont' finish then all of the remotes will be De-Programmed. So make sure you find the right directions for your CL
