93 4runner guage light problems

installed an aftermarket radio, and now the lights behind the gauge cluster do not seem to be working...i checked fuses, and put the stock deck back in and the lights still do not work. any comments?

You probably unplugged something when you pulled out your dash. It's easy to do, these things require the whole front end basically to come off just to get to the damn radio mount. Check every wire that you can reach with the radio out. Make sure it all connects right. Chances are you'll find your wire. If not, remember there are THREE fuseboxes on the left and right kick panels (left behind glovebox) and under the hood. Good luck
