Question Newbie Questions

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and have some questions,if i may.
i'm an armor modeler and few days ago i started my first car kit an AMT 71' Dodge Charger (got it for 5$) os here are the questions

1. is this kit any good,it seems to be quite detailed (engine etc)
2. what's the "commonm" build sequence for cars, from armor i'm used to assemble everything first, then paint, decal, and whether.
in cars it looks like i'm gonna need to paint a lot before i assemble,so how does it works? when do i paint the interiror,do i attache it to the floor first.
any tips and advise will be graetly appriciated

Eran
