LOTR: The Return of The King: Movie Review

sorry folks for the long delay in posting this, but alas it is finally here.

Our epic quest finds frodo and sam inching ever closer to Mt. Doom, as the rest of the clan wage war against the seemingly endless supply of Sarumons' forces. An extravagent battle ensues, covering nearly half the film. Buckle your seatbelts for this one folks.

A complete masterpiece from beginning to end, from the action, to the suspense, the music, to the story, and even the acting were all Oscar worthy performances. This is a must see film for anyone. These series of films are quite possibly the greatest series of movies ever made, and nothing will be made for a long time that can even hold a candle to this epic event.

4 stars out of 4(of course) Rated Pg-13 For Extreme Violence, suggestive themes.

approx 3hr 25mins.

WTF?? Why?? These movies were phenomenal! I have read the books at least 10 times (including the Hobbit) and I have never seen such a wonderful accomplishment of transcription from book to film...and I haven't even seen the third one yet!

Y do U have such a "strong disliking" for these movies???

Remember that this little 'epic' has something to do with the material that the director and actors had to work with...that series of books that has been around (well the first one has) for 50+ years! But yes, many will be hard pressed to top the awesome and infinite success that this trilogy accomplished...but like I said...how much material is there like this out there??

actually tolkien wrote a few other books concerning middle earth. if i remember one was the aftermath of the war, one was on the elves in their new home after leaving the woods, and one other but im not sure what its about ... dont think i saw it.

but yea there is enough material to do plenty in the "world" of middle earth like a prequel movie ... aka the hobbit which would kick ass ... and a followup movie not that i would sugjest it. tolkien also wrote alot of other random ass books that make refrence back to LOTR and hobbit characters.

And to think...I live in Middle Earth!

Me and some friends went to the red carpet premiere. It was wicked! Peter Jackson is the man, so if you want to see some extreme stuff from the past I recommend you see one of his first movies - Bad Taste!

I love the LotR movies he's done. That guy is a genius!

Re: LOTR: The Return of The King: Movie Review

If you're a butt humping homo you'll love this movie. Those hobbits hugging and kissing eachother made me wanna puke, and all the elves and shit are for little fags. It was literally the gayest movie ever. No offense to anybody, except gay people, just my views on it.

i love the movie but am not a homo. its just personal preferance/taste on what movies we want. everybody is entitled to their own opinion. i guess that was yours.
