toyota gt-1 road car?

is there a such thing? i just picked up a toyota gt-1 a hobbylobby and dont care for race cars but it was only $11 so i had to pick it up. but i think i'v seen a toyota gt-1 road car on granturismo 3. if theres a such thing can someone post pics for refferance for me, or a link? i think its a beautiful car and think it whould look nice as a road car with no decals a nice paint jod and convert the interior so it looks more like a street car. if anyone thinks this is a good idea please shar your ideas, i already know im gonna leave the wing off and fill the holes that it gose in. thanks.

Robert

Re: toyota gt-1 road car?

It does exist, otherwise, the GT-One race car wouldn't have passed the Le Mans GT regulation, which required at least one road going car to be produced and legalized for the street. If you do some google image search, you should be able to find it.

Here's the road car, note it has different wheels and minor body changes from the Tamiya kit.

Here's mine, not an exact replica of the road car.
