Drivers Seat & Seat Heaters

I have a 2003 Duramax , Have brought it to the dealer number of times I tell them that seat recall does not work some times intermitenly and a driver (3) comes up on dash occaisionally but there is no reference to driver (3) in manual. They tell me the famous loose wire repair and they can never find the problem.
Now I can't get the foolish drivers seat to move at all, none of the buttons are responding (drivers seat only) and the heat does not work in either the passenger seat or the drivers seat also.
Does any one have any Idea whats up or is there a easy fix

Sounds like for the amount of money you spent it's time for them to replace the seats!
