I was wondering which header you guys would recomend?? Its going on a 94 Integra RS (non-vtec). I want it to be stainless and preferable 4-2-1. Any recommendations are welcom. Thanks
I really want the Spoon Sports header, but it says that it is only for the teg type r. is this becuase of the 2.5 inch collector. And if i got a 2.5 inch cat, they will fit together, right??? Nevermind about the Spoon Sports header, i just found out how expensive they are. $875 for a header is a little steep for a 16 year old. So if maybe we could not vote on that one, that would be great. |

I think it was on the original PH forum but someone posted some stats of headers like their hp and torque gains. I think they were all tested on Civics (not sure) but if my memory is correct, DC gave the best hp and torque gains. You might want to do a search. I'll try to find and post it also.

DC or Greddy... cuz if you had the money for any of the others, then you shoulda gotten something other than an Integra RS

![]() Here's the dyno results on a B16, which is as close to a B18 I could find. The DC 4-1 demolished stock and DC 4-2-1 in the midrange which is where I think we all can agree that the B-series need help the most. Notice the large hump in the middle of the horsepower (bottom) but the huge jump in torque (top)

i would personally take the GReddy headers to match my GReddy Evolution exhaust. but DC is good also. if you want 4-2-1, then try to also get it in a 1-pc. version.

I have the DC Sports 4-2-1 and I love it. The quality couldn't be any better, but I think if I had it to do over I would get the 4-1 ,b/c the b18b1 lacks hp and especially tq in the upper rpms.
