which headers to get????

I want to get some headers for my car, but i dont know which ones to get, 4-1 or 4-2-1? i have a AEM cai and a custom 2.25 cat back, which headers would be better and where is the cheapest place i can get them?
Thanks

It doesn't really matter because the HP gains on headers is pathetic unless you have a DOHC. Do some reaserch on dyno results. DC sports is the most popular but they don't do much for HP as many other brands.

Definately check out the link above...My opinion though, definately go with 4-2-1. Kind of helps with the loss of low-end torque headers usually cause while still opening things up high in the RPM band. Kind of the "best of both worlds" type of header
