basic tune up help

i would appreciate some pointers in tuning my vr4. how to's:
spark plug replacement
aftermarket intake-is there any?

spark plug replacement
remove plenum
remove spark plug covers
change spark plugs
put back together

and you can basicly only get filters, not a full cold air intake.

i know this part- but in my tt i can only easily access one bank of plugs (3), how do i get to the other 3. thanks

make sure you get new gaskets for your throttle body and plenum.
