3000GT headunit replace
Hey i know there are a lot of people out there that have changed their 3kgt headunit/stereo. I just wanted to know where they found a unit with a big enough faceplate. The one in my 96' is huge and i can't find another that will fit. I have heard people put a regular one in and make a little compartment above or below it but i really would like to find a unit that fits right into place of the old one.
If anyone has put in a 10-disc MP3/CD player i would like to know if you liked it or not and where you got it. I have been looking at these as well and they are pretty costly but well worth it. I can fit every song i ever heard into the car in one changer. NICE!!! |

if you want it to take up the whole area just buy a double din unit, problem solved. The reason many people choose a single din unit is because that offers them space to put other things(turbo timer, AFC, boost crontroler........the list goes on and on).

Re: 3000GT headunit replace
How do i know if the headunit can take a cd-changer... Do most of them allow it or does it have to say that it does?
