Ok i have a 02 s-10 and i want to drop it 3" all around, what all do i need? Also i am planning on air ride, so is it a waste of time to put on a lowering kit when i am going to bag it anyways? does anyone know?

The only lowering component you might want to buy, when installing air ride, is drop spindles (I have 2" spindles in my S-10). For the front, get new upper and lower control arms for airbags and the drop spindles. Step notch the frame in the back and install a 4-link. The second you step notch the rear frame and 4-link it, you don't need leaf springs or lowering blocks & u-bolts.

I agree with the dropped spindles. But if you plan on bagging it, save your money for that. As for the rear, i suggest a 2 or 4-link setup. And don't forget to cut that bed up to allow maximum drop.
