Haibane, from what i hear they are saying that he may lose the next elections. It all depends on what Suddam Hussein says. They are saying that if Suddam denies everythign about Chemical/Nucleur Warfare, then Bush will be held responsible for taking American's' to war with another country based on uncertain intelligence information. Im not 100% sure on this but thats what i heard.
As for the Video, that was really stupid...

Dean screwed up, but so did Bush. Sure, they found "him". I am still skeptical that this is truly Saddam Hussein. I'm a damn cynic, what can I say?

from what i heard they did a DNA test on him (there are pictures of him getting his cheek swabbed) and they compared it to his sons' DNA. Very quick test and 99.9999999% unambigious.
