Angry 4wd problem

1996 s10 blazer good car but lots of front drive problems was rebuilt new bearings spent a bundle on this now still has hummimg in right front and now will not shift to 4wd really getting irritating any help would be very much appreciated

I have a 94 blazer... don't know if you have the same problem I had, but for me it was the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM). On my truck it's located behind the dash behind the glove box. FYI - All you need to do is remove the heater cowl and you can see the metal bracket that hold the computer as well as the TCCM. My symptoms were my switch did nothing... i had variable results if I tried putting it in neutral, ultimately it was that part that gave me headaches. Hope that helps.
