Question golf mk2 driver immobiliser

I need a bit of help with a mk2 golf Driver. The battery died and the alarm and immobiliser kicked in. I've managed to disable the alarm since it's after market, but the immobiliser's giving me a headache! I dont have the key to dissarm. Does anyone know the key sequence to de activate or possibly some other way of making it work again?
