Sure, my friend had a B-ported 13B with a T-51R Kai that made 612 RWHP and ran 9.9 secs in the 1/4. Thats plently enough to beat most anyting. How deep are your pockets?

Also, keep in mind that the longevity of a 13B making that kind of HP, is very bad. Youd be lucky to get 10,000 to 30,000 out of that motor.

If your gonna spend that kinda money you would be better served doing a 20b swap. better power and reliability.

just run a single, it is only 2.0L of displacement on the Cosmos 20b engine. Especially if your wanting to make power to beat supras you will defintely want to go with a big single turbo. Im not really a twin turbo fan to begin with. They are more complex and you will spend a lot more money to set that up. They only really benefit in a stock type situation where they want low quick boost, and they also use small turbos to accomplish this. With a single larger turbo, you will have more lag, but when you are racing and want to make power the engine is up in the powerband most of the time, so turbo lag doesn't really make that much of a difference. This becomes apparent when your making more power and you just pass the twin turbo at a blazing speed lol, they might get you off the line, but if the throttle is down, they are going down.

search the web for some information on 20b swaps and places that sell them. You will find a few good pages on the subject.

Re: bridgeport with a hks to4r???? good idea for street?

the title asks if this is a good idea for the street. that depends greatly on your definition of "street." If by street you mean bringing it out once a week, going to the meet, running, and going home, yeah. If you mean to daily or semi-daily the car, it's probably not such a great idea. the problem with streetability is the bridge port, the motor wont last as long. quite possible with a street port though.
