color change paint job
i am have a 2002 cadillac DTS that is sable black. i want to change the color to a midnight purple perhaps plum like color. Can anyone give me a rough estimate of how much this will cost? and if possible can any one give me the name of a good piant shop in Pittsburgh.

It will cost however good you want it to look, the more you pay the better it will look. Personally I wouldn't let someone paint my car if they were charging less than $1,500. That's the lowest I'd pay. If I wanted it to look nice, especially on a brand new car I'd pay an average of $2,500. Are you planning on painting under the hood, door jams, and inside the trunk? Plan to spend maybe $400 more for that, but it's worth it.
