speedometer manipulation !!!
Hello,
I hope you can understand ma english writing. My new ´99 300M have 24.000 km (15.000 mls) run. I think a bad man have manipulated the speedometer. Can I look at my 300M the official kilometers ? Now, the AUDI A8 and 7er BMW has a black box. Where can I see a speedometer manipulation in my car ? Thank you very much. With best wishes from germany. Frank

I dont know of any way, do they have carfax In Germany where you chan checl the VIN?
