I was wondering if and why i would have to change a b20 intake manifold to a b18 if i were going to put a b20 in a 1990 civic?

Re: b20 intake manifold

The B20B intake manifold is about a foot tall. There is no way it would clear your hood.

Re: b20 intake manifold

Um, since its a b-series head, any b-series manifold will fit on it.

Re: Re: b20 intake manifold

Not all b series are the same. The B18c manifold is different.

But yes, any B18a,b b16, or b17 manifold will work. Dont expect to spend more than $50 or so for a complete manifold.
