whick engine could performe better 1/4 with $6000?

lets say i had $6000
which engine could i make fastest(1/4ml)
b16a2usdm $2200
b18c1usdm $3300
b18c5usdm $4500
plus buying the engine as well with the 6000

im thinkin you probably coudnt get the c1 as fast as the c5 for $1100 cuz a set of camshafts arent gonna get you as fast.
but with the b16 thats 2300dollars cheaper, could you get that as fast as the c5 with 2300??

motor

b20 block w/ b16 head.. a little fuel and clutch and ull spank these c1 and c5 like u do skunk2 cams wont hert either
