Anyone know if it is ok to spray clear coat over head/tail lights? I am just wondering, because i might give all my old models some more clear coat, if it is ok ill leave them on and spray over them, but if it isnt i will take them off. I might just take them off so i wont risk it, but just wondering. Thanx.

Re: Clear Coat over Head/Tail Lights
it depends. I.E. Revell's 1988 Mustang GT kit; it looks better when you clear coat the headlights. It gives it a "faded" look, also because it doesnt have a chrome bezel. Also because most 1:1 80's Mustangs head lights are faded anyways.
