Re: motor swap?

Well that ecotec engine is a good engine. You could swap a 350 Chevy. But that would be alot of work. You could wait for a while and get a 2.4l ecotec with vvt. Or you could get a turbo to put on that. www.cavalierconnection.com

I dunno but the 250 is a v8. A lot of fab work. Prolly would cost between 10k - 25k depending on your skill. The 2.4l ecotec is coming out in the summer of 2004.

Saturn Ion Redline and Chevy Cobalt. No you prolly wont have to change the tranny but you will have to swith ECU's. And a buncha other stuff. You would be better of just turboing it or getting a different car.

10psi max on stock block ecotec. Youll blow your engine. No the superchargers avaliable are expensive and are not worth it. What do you mean by stage 2 turbo?

www.cavalierconnection.com is the best bang for the buck in cavalier turbo systems.

Re: motor swap?

the Cavalier Connection has the whole kit. Not just the turbo. They were getting 10hp per psi. Im not sure on the tq. Email them and i belive the whole set up for 10 psi is 2500 bux including intercooler and stuff. I wouls suggest getting a T3 super 60 or a t3/04 turbo.
