Electrical Buick Regal 94

My '94 Regal's voltage guage wags with the turn signals. All lights and accessories work fine but the turn signals really draw. The needle will jump from `16 to 13 volts. Switch the signals off and the needle goes back to ~16 volts. Anyone see this before?

voltage fluctuation

my '93 Regal Custom does the same since i've had it (2nd owner in '98) and so did my '90 Bonnyville. nothing ever came of it so i didn't worry too much. sorry it's not much help but maybe your nerves are soothed a bit.
