First, let me just say that it has been my PERSONAL experience that you get what you pay for. A QUALITY BW hood isn't gonna sell for much less, even at dealer cost. It sounded like your limit was $330. Honestly, what's another $60 for a hood that will last. If I were you, I'd save a little more, or go pawn something. Hell, put some of your OEM parts on eBay! Anyways, on to the pins: do you mind them? If you LIKE the look, it's never a bad idea, since the fiberglass hood is lighter than stock, but I'm assuming you don't, or you wouldn't have asked. The thing is, a lot of cheaper hoods come with cheap hood latches, hence the need for pins. I think if you get a quality hood, you'll get a quality latch. Inspect this for yourself whenever you buy one. Last, I personally like the Black Widow kit, 'specially the side skirts. It's good clean lines. A lot of people diss it because it has the "hoover vacuum" look (the front bumper) but I like it. Quality wise, yeah, it's great. But again, you get what you pay for, so don't buy something that seems like a "good deal" unless you're sure of the seller. I'd rather pay little more now and get quality than buy a shitty one, and have it break easily or not fit properly and immediately have to go out and buy another cheap-o. In the end, you spend more than you would have for the quality piece. Do it right the first time, and you won't have to do it again. I've heard body kit installation is easy (never done it myself, but I'm getting ready to), but if you're uncomfortable with it call around and get some quotes. Hope this helps, and good luck with whatever you do! - S
