aftermarket radio

I have a 2002 Z71 LT Model. I have a factory Cd player and a cassette player. The cassette player is installed on the center console. The truck also has the onstar system. i was wondering if it is possible to put in an aftermarket CD player and still be able to use the tape deck and the Onstar system.

Thanks

An aftermarket head unit shouldnt affect On-Star in any way whatsoever. As far as still using the tape player, it sounds possible but i have no clue.
