How to fit hoses etc [Engine Detaling]

Does anyone know the best way to detail the engine bay with hoses and wires as there is no tutorial i have come across that describes the process. Is the best way to attach them is to drill small holes to insert the wires?

Yes, I have found that the easiest way to attach wires/hoses etc, is to drill a hole into whatever you want to attach it to. That way you don't have excess glue where it attaches and you know that it will stay put.
