Angry no power

The Berserker has a problem.

My 4 2.5 2000 Ranger has lost its zip. It has 14,000 miles on it and gets gas treatment every 3000. Tune ups, and alignments are not the pproblem...I recently had the brakes worked on and this seems to happen evertime the front end is fooled with

It used to run like a race horse, but I'm ready to make glue from it. I have to step on the gas pedal extra hard, it will not coast, its like I have to force it down the road and do 55mph.. It had the nerve to decelerate going down hill...I don't know what happened to it and am sure it just needs calibrated some how...the idle is rough with vibration in steering wheel and floor and in gas pedal as the transmission cycles through first three gears 0-30 mph..heavy vibration as it cycles the first three gears.the transmission feels like a strumming rubber band...none of this was the case about a month go.. the gas pedal was hard and stiff..I have a haynes book but without leading the mechanics by the hand, they arent interested in troubleshooting beyond their nose. &^%$$@$%$#%$!!

I had it to the rapists I mean dealer and they "all is well"...which is just what they mean when they dont want to think and trouble shoot it. I had the check the pcm and no codes came up, but dont know if the did both pcm checks--withcar off and car running checks.... seems like the rpm and the mpgh don't match and it is stuck in glue..it is like the car is not getting all its power...the engine roars in sound and sound rough.I gotta think nothing major is wrong but I'm no mechanic and can't help myself or I would...

I can't stand this...who can you get to help if not the people who SHOULD know??? So I'm turing to the people who care which are the owners themselves...my solution is to return it to the dealer a la the showroom window, but then I'd have to walk home.

I want my racehorse back...this sucks.

Any and all help as to what i may have the get them to do to give its oompf back is greatly appreciated....

The Berserker thanks you.
