Possible Manifold gasket leak??

I have an '92 F-350 7.3L w/ an aftermaket Banks sidewinder tubo. there is a slight ticking noise and i was thinking that a might be a manifold gasket

Or does no one know anything about diesels cuz u ain't nothing if u don't have a diesel
