Location of Keyless RECEIVER???

Hey, great forum,

Have a small fleet of Taurus's and we're getting rid of a 99 sedan and have replaced it with an 03. I would like to find the keyless entry receiver on the 99 and see if it would install on the 03.

REAL QUESTION: Location of Keyless Receiver on 99 Taurus Sedan?

just above the gas pedal it has what looks like an antenna wire going in to it but taurus radios are in the trunk
