Re: what is your "holy Grail" kit?

Mine is the Gunze Sangyo Cobra Daytona.

Every time I see one on EBAY I'm outbid in the last second or two. And I haven't found one for sale anywhere.

Mmmmm... Tough call.

It's a toss up, really, between the Gunze Sangyo full detail Ferrari 250GTO, the MPC full detail Ford GT40 MkIV, the AAM resin conversion body to turn Aoshima's MGB kit into an MGB GT, and the IMC/Union Mecom Lola T70 Spyder.

The sad thing is that I had one of those Lola T70 spyder kits and I had to sell it.

I have one of those, but I would like the AMG S600 Coupe and also five cars that no-one has made a decent model of as far as I know:

Italdesign/Lamborghini Cala
Italdesign Scighera
Ford GT90 (I believe AMT made a snap kit, but that isn't good enough really)
Ford Indigo
Stola Abarth Monotipo

I'd have to say....

The Mad Max Vehicle..preferably the one with the tanks and stuff. I've seen them, but they are either too expensive or i get outbid at the last minute.

The last one is a Holden Commodore Racer. like the Austrailian V8 Racers. I think these cars look sweet, but there 100$ a pop! so..I've only seen 3 on e-bay, bid 20$ and the went to 70$ in the last 3 seconds.

Re: My holly graal kits...

Can't help...

>> Lamborghini Espada Nakamura 1/24 (always outbid before end of auction...)
Don't even bother. It's not only 1/24 scale (more like 1/28), but also the model is more simplified than a typical motorized model.

>> Lamborghini Marzal Bandaï in 1/16 ref. 8023 (never see it even on Ebay)
Could that be 1/20 scale like this?
