Question front plastic piece

I have an 03 Alero that I commute to college with. The piece that hangs from the front bumper under the car is damaged. I guess I hit it on my driveway pulling out or something. I don't know the name of the piece or where I can find a replacement. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could enlighten me.

Yes, I also have a 03 Alero and the side plastic parts have broke 2 times in 1 year....I am getting sick of replacing them due to cheap crappy plastic. If they break again, I am going to just leave them broken. It snows alot here and thats what causes mine to break. In the summer, they are fine.
