If it's a 4x4 or Pre-Runner they will. Tacos come stock with 31" tires on 15x8 rims.

Re: 31" tires

i have 31x10.5 r15's on my 99 taco, if you have'nt got the tires yet, i would strongly recommend the bf goodrich TA/KO's. (All terains) they are the best off road, all around tires i have ever owned. the ones i have now are pretty new only 15,000 mi or so. but i have put up to 75k on a set, they still had some street life on them, but a little too slick for off roading. i highly recommend them.

No Prob

31x10.50 will not scrub at all, especially on stock rims. I had that then i put 10" chrome bulletholes on mine. I still have not had them scrub one time, even in a full turn.
