Question ATL:Good Shop to get work done

I am wondering if anyone from the Atl knows of a good spot to get some mods put on my car? I prefer Cobb county area, but I am flexible

As of now I am mostly interested in Neuspeed Sport springs, Injen CAI, and an exhaust(I don't know anything about these, so I don't even have a brand preference, please provide advice if you so desire). As for the knoxville thing that is interesting. I visit up there all the time as I am a big orange fan and some of my family lives up there. I mostly only make it up there on the weekend and don't stay more than a night. How long would these items take if I was to bring a car into a shop? Should I make an appointment?

I meant I don't know much about exhaust. I know about the other things, or atleast am familiar with them. I wouldn't want the exhaust to be loud, just a nice growl... car is a 6spd accord '03
