Steering Sqealing noise

Hi

I have a 2000 xterra SE 4x4 with about 96000miles.

When I start it on a cold morning and turn the steering wheel (either direction) I get a high squealing noise. However it goes away rather quickly after that and doesnt happen for the rest of the day until the next morning.

Any clue?

Thanks
