Re: what do you think
man, I tell ya, public schooling these days! Illiteracy is a shame! lmao! I would say to stay away from the mini me swap. Everyone that I know that has done it has fought with it until they gave up and did a full swap. I would say to save your money and your time and go straight for the swap. Actually, doing a full swap is easier than the head swap, IMO. You get to have the whole motor in front of you for putting on the timing belt, replacing the H2O pump, etc. You don't have to fight with the engine bay getting in your way while you do all that stuff... Just my $0.02, but I agree with marked001, it's not that simple, just don't give yourself that particular headache. A complete motor will always run better than a pieced-together one.

Re: what do you think
Yeah just do a DOHC ZC swap you will get better results from it than a minieme swap. And probaly if you get a good deal you could get it for like 400 on ebay. You also cant put a dohc head on a sohc engine. just a little tip. Well. Hope that helped.

your a little late on that one by like 9 posts. hehehe ... we forgive you though. I would also throw in my two cents on not doing the mini me deal ... much better idea to try for ZC engine. dock for more performance or sock for more economics. even getting the sock will be a nice increase in power, even keeping a dpfi setup i notice it.
