Top out times.
My 1991 3000Gt SL tops out/computer shuts it down at around 127 how do i get a faster top end speed??. Its also an automatic

The 1st thing I would do to it is buy a high performance exhaust system, air filter, and a computer chip. You will notice a big difference with the new mods.

Well, it depends on what kind of mods you put on it and how much you are willing to spend. I really don't know because I have a VR-4.

Y are you trying to find out the top speed? The body of a 3000GT has very little drag so it is capable of going 300+ miles per hour in theroy. But its the power aspect that you must concentrat on to acheive that kind of speed that you are after.
