looking for a replacement radiator

I need a new radiator for my 1994 325i with A/T. I found a good deal on ebay for oem replacement radiators. It sais it's a OEM BEHR radiator. And.......

THIS WILL FIT THE FOLLOWING CARS:

BMW 323is 1997-1999

BMW 323ic 1997-1998

BMW 325i 1991-1995

BMW 325is 1991-1995

BMW 325ic 1992-1995

BMW 328is 1996-1999

BMW 328i 1996-1998

BMW 328ic 1996-1998

BMW M3 3.0 COUPE 1994-1996

BMW M3 3.2 COUPE 1996-1999

BMW M3 3.2 SEDAN 1996-1998

BMW M3 CONV. 1997-1999

Does this sound right to you that the radiator will fit all these models? It also sais that it doesn't matter whether the car is manual or automatic.

Does this sound right or should I just go to the dealer and buy oem?

thanks
