i can't...and i've tried for a while....i can only really whistle normally... but i do know a person who can turn the top of an acorn into one loud whistle....i've still yet been able to accomplish this

Its really hard to explain over the internet but you basically take your thumb and index finger, keep the nails pointed sideways pointing towards the back of your mouth, tuck your lips over your teeth (your fingers will keep the bottom lip over your teeth which is the most important) than you put the tip of your tounge down towards the bottom of your mouth and blow after a deep breathe, it might take a while to figure it out but I'm from New York so its just something you learn to hail taxi's old school style.

noone relaly taught me how to whistle with fingers, but once you sit down and stick ur fingrs in ur mouth jsut try and try and try. youll do it. it slike riding a bike. ull have a go a few times and catch it.
now i can whistle with my pinky fingers to my thumbs. can use one hand or two hands

I can't do it
I can whistle normally, while breathing in or out, but i still cant whistle with my fingers. Oh well.
