Remote keyless 2000 jetta

I recently bought a remote keyless entry for my jetta off ebay, because when I bought it, it only came with the valet key, where, if I can, am I able to get this remote re keyed, I know how to re program it, I just need it re keyed will the dealership do it, if so how much anybody know?
