Re: 2000 L-Series Remote Keyless Entry

On the OBD connector, on the top row, jump the 4th and 8th pin from left to right with key off. The horn will beep a couple of times then hold the lock/unlock buttons on the remote until the horn beeps again then release. then unplug jumper wire. This will work to reprogram up to 2001.

2002 L-300 Keyless remote

I note the 2002 OBC has only pins in the 2,4,5 &7 positions on the top row. Can you an enlighten this electronically challenged carpenter as to how I can program a recently purchased fob for a 2002 L300?

Re: 2000 L-Series Remote Keyless Entry

My 2000 Saturn LS doesnot have a wire connected to the 8th pin on the OBD, it only has four wires total. SO if anyone really know how to program keyless entry remotes for a 2000 LS, please let me know. Thanks
