hi yalls this my first try at good painting

im new here so hi all. anyways i read up on some faqs of how to paint and here is wat i came up with

and messed up 2 times. so i ahd to re paint it. so 3rd time is a charm werd up

You also did an EVO too right??

Post some pics of your completed models... I posted most of mine in the "progress" section.

What putty are you using? I used Testors putty with good results and Squadron White putty.. I know people here like the Tamiya polyester (spell) putty.. I can't get it for the life of me here in the States..

You should be able to find it at most LHS's. I don't know why you can't find it in Cali. If you can't get it at your LHS though, remember, you can always order it on-line.

Sorry to go so off topic, but since it already pretty much is, How good is the Testors putty? I need some putty to finish my rock crawler, but I have to go to Denver to buy Tamiya, or if the Testors putty works good too, then I might as well just get that at Wal-Mart and not have to wait 4 months. Thanks.

i think the testors putty sucks imo.

go to your local hobby shop and pick up a tube of
squadron
