Angry 2001 Olds Alero

I'm new to Automotive Forums. Please help "One STUPID" female.

I purchased a keyless remote from a seller on eBay, and it came with instructions, but they don't work. I have a broken horn, i.e., it doesn't work, which in some situations is very frustrating, but I just wonder if anyone knows if that is why I can't program the keyless remote.

Also, my poor little Alero has neurotic turn signals. Sometimes they work; sometimes they don't. Anyone have any suggestions on that one?

Thanks for all your help and I do mean THANKS!
