Question Which Head?

Ok guys i got a little question to ask here. Which head should i go with for my 1990 Integra RS? I was thinking of putting a type R head or a B16B head. Also i was looking to tact a turbo on after words nay suggestion on where on can find a kit or misc. part to piece together my self.

It depends which is cheaper. I would say that they have pretty healthy price tags. However, I think that these two would share the same exact specs. I would get a regular B16A head and build it, ie, p&p, angle job, springs, retainers and cams.
