for that much look for a used one like DC or something, but just as well you can get a Hedman Chikara brand new with that money. go to www.summitracing.com or other places, they have them.

here's a page on headers http://www.hadamotorsport.com/tech/r...emc/index.html

4-2-1 styles will increase bottom end more than a 4-1. and i've been told chikara is good for an overall increase, more on the bottom and mid

from what i have seen, and heard, take the headers off a integra port and polish them up, and from what people say the work just as good as DC sports headers

None. Unless you already have most of the other bolt ons, you're probably better off to spend your money on an exhaust, or a CAI.
Cheaper headers don't usually offer much in performance gains, because Hondas stock exhaust manifolds are suprisingly efficient. Better brands like DC offer a bit of gains, but most of the cheaper brands Pacesetter, etc. barley offer much over stock.. Generally around 1hp on average throughout the powerband. I remember an SCC header test a long time ago and quite a few of the brands made the car lose power in certain streches of the powerband.

DC or nothing. (assuming you have a stock motor)

Yep, I said tiny. My old Chikara was like a straw when compared to my DC.
