Head bolt

I have heard that some Aurora heads were produced with one or two head bolt holes not quit deep enough which will cause a small water leak. I would like to know if someone can tell me which holes it was.
I have a slow leak and would like to trim the bolt. I heard that a washer on the bolt also works?
