No hubs, shined black steelies look, yay, or nay?

Just like the topic thread asks, is this look nice or rice? Is it a tolrable look, or will it make me look like a wannbe racer (which is the look I'm not wanting to go for).

The black rims look kinda.... cheap. I guess you could do it, but if I had the choice, I'd get a pair of nice looking hubs. Actually.. I'd get some chrome hubbies, but that's just me But really, I think the black stock rims are sorta ugly.

IMO, it's severly gay and in 6 months to a year, you'll all be looking back and saying "What were we thinking?"
There's a reason hubs were invented, cos steelies look like ish!

personally, I stick to my hubs.
I have drove without my hubs before just to go down to the shop and I feel really dumb because I look like a drag racer wannabe

Besides...why would I want to ditch the all time wonderul H emblem?!?!?!?!

ANyways, it's your ride...have fun.
Do it if you please...even if it's just for fun.

For me, at least, when I had just my steelies...I always want to do a burn out. HAHAHAHHAHA
I think I've seen too many import drag races.

take care...have fun

if its for the winter, then who cares. I don't care if I'm rolling on steelies if its going to save my rims. I'd say stick with the steelies for the winter.

My steelies are the only rims I have right now, till I lower my ride and get some '99-'00 Si rims! :coolguy:

But would hubless black steelies look bad on a stock height car?

How about this look?? Those are Civic Hubs painted black. They look like actual rims at first glance
