what are the stickiest tires for street use?

Depending on which tire size you are running, I would look at:

BF Goodrich G Force KD
Bridgestone SO3 Pole Position
Michelin Pilot Sport
Kumho Ecsta MX
Yokohama AVS Sport
Pirelli P Zero Nero

Drag radials offer the best dry grip but at a price. The sidewall construction on a drag radial (we're talking real drag radials) are very soft to allow the sidewall to flex as the contact patch slaps forward to hook up. They have to flex in response to the torqe of the axle and for normal street driving, they corner like doo doo due to that exact same sidewall flex.

well, mickey thompson ET streets are BARELY street legal and are quite literally the stickiest tires outside of treadless slicks for the track only.
