Trying something new for me..

Well it's been a long time since i messed with PSP7 or tried to chop anything, i decided to start with something different. not really sure what effect i wanted to achieve here but i kinda like it. is this 'cell shading' ? i noticed some people trying to do that and i personally don't think it's a nice thing, but i wanted to go for a surreal kind of look and this does it for me, i guess. and somehow, through all of this, i lost the original picture! it was a green 240sx s13.. i put an s14 front on it and did the cartoony junk.. hopefully i can find the original and share. feedback? any ideas?

ps...can ya tell i like 240's?
